The company’s purpose is through environmentally friendly technology to operate a circular, financially profitable, sustainable activities in material recycling processes of plastic and other organic materials.
The company produces and sells end products from the chemical processes that convert plastic and organic material into liquid carbon compounds, together with industrial partners.
Circular Tires Holding AS are now developing and building a new business structure in the circular economy, and will build and run on 2+2 New Pyrum ELT plants together with Pyrum Innovations AG in the Nordics and Estonia.
Strong and essential partnerships have been developed simultaneously with Pyrum Innovations AG and BASF SE in addition to future feedstock partners.
The 4 ELT plants are planned to be operational on four strategic locations in The Nordic region, including one plant in Estonia, all by 2030.
The first new Pyrum ELT plants will be built in Norway and Sweden, strategically located in Viken Park and Billingsfors EcoPark, co-located with other Polyfuels plants to be built.

Polyfuels Group AB and Circular Tires Holding AS
Polyfuels Group AB, is the 100% owner of Circular Tires Holding AS, and have been instrumental in the development and planning of the new business structure.
The plan is to have 4 plants operational in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Estonia by 2030, built by Polyfuels Group AB through Circular Tires AS.
Pyrum Innovations AG are granted an option to participate with 10% – 49% private equity as their investment in the Nordic plant-operations (SPV’s), according to the LOI made between the parties. Pyrum Innovations AG will then become a major shareholder in these SPV’s, in a partnership with Circular Tires Holding AS and Polyfuels Group AB.
